Pigeon Park: Last Roost
A game by Devarne Messado and Nikhil Kanji
This game is a simple story game where the player playing gets to make all of the choices throughout the process to determine how they play the game, and these changes affect how the player actually finishes the game.
For the download of the game it is all running off of just the HTML code with no app required, so all the player needs is the file to actually run it, and the file itself is around 700Kb, however we have found once or twice that the game slightly bugs out when running the code directly, so for the best optimal experience please run it through your preferred browser.

For the main build of the game it was mainly built within Figma with the assistance of the Ai built into it, which assisted greatly in structuring the code.
I have tested this myself by simply running the game from the message my friend sent me via Microsoft teams, and I have shown below an image of it running through the file that I clicked on teams.
The game as you can see instantly boots into the home screen where the player is greeted with a short intro to the scenario of the game, and they are also able to start the game from here too.
Below is also an image showing the games main screen and because it is a story board-based game everything is here on the same screen. The player is also able to view things such as the story flow on the far right which shows the process of the game step by step, the player also has the option to start the game via the start/continue story button on the far right.
As well as this the player can view a lot of the different point of interests within the game on the map such as the Ferris wheel, Arena 1, North roofs etc, however some of the point of interests will be locked such as the Ferris wheel because certain parts of the game need to be completed before the game finale can be played.

Below is me demonstrating an example of a pathway a player can take to complete the game, firstly player must hit the start button, and they get prompted with the first cutscene, which offers them a choice as seen below and I’ve chosen to search the station

For the below image both options can be completed here which is to rescue the survivors and gather weapons and supplies and as you can see here, I’ve clicked on gather supplies and that is the only option I want to do and so I can click continue perimeter to continue the game.

Next the player must navigate all of the surrounding point of interest areas and clear them all out before facing the final encounter.
Finally the player has the option of 3 endings which all have different outcomes and I have chosen ending 1 as seen below, and upon clicking this the game is finished and you now have the option to play again and you can build a new adventure by choosing different pathways through the game.
