Is the current location and staffing of your council webteam serving the council and your citizens well?

You know what your users are searching for minute-by-minute, so why make them type it themselves? You know what key events are going to come up which will affect the council from week to week, so why make users go looking for information about those key events?

The point of a Minimum Useable Product is the user is supposed to be able to use it. People often forget that.

We have (roughly) 350 local councils all doing more or less the same things in the same way. Is there a better way to do this?
