Lists and steps
- Every bulleted list needs a lead-in line, and more than one bullet.
- Start each bullet with a lower-case letter, and don't add a full stop after the final bullet.
- Don't add "or"/"and" after the last bullet, and don't use semicolons at the end of bullets.
- Numbered steps are different from bullets: each step is a full sentence, ending with a full stop, and does not need a lead-in line.
