Starting to write your speeches
It's time for everybody to start working on their award acceptance speeches.
Ultimately everybody will write their own speech, but since we know some people are better at this sort of thing than others, we'll give everybody a bit of help by first working together in groups - yes, that's right, groups of three, and that's right, different threes again from the earlier groups of three.
Discuss amongst yourselves the structures of your speeches, what insights from the day have struck you as the most significant; think about anything you've heard today which has particularly struck you. Individually make some outline notes for you to return to later when you actually start to write your speeches.
Spend about 15 minutes on this in these small groups, and then lead into the individual process.
