Summary and suggested timetable for the day
Whilst hopefully this will be a fun day together which results in a re-energised team ready to face the world again, it is not intended to just be a fluffy day that could have been an email. This is a working day with tangible outputs at the end of it.
Note that whilst some of the items which are shared on sticky notes and placed on the wall are prioritised when they go into the Action Plan, there's no grouping into themes which are then grouped into themes which then result in a vague and bland 'we need to do better' - all the detail that is shared during the day is to be documented, retained, and referred back to. Grouping ideas into themes is the sentence of Life Without The Possibility Of Parole for group sharing activities.
