What's the service for?
In my detailed article I outline what I think the purpose of the Online Service is and who it's for, but this is your opportunity to start your New Golden Age with an assessment of what that means for you.
Start an open discussion amongst the wider group, encouraging team members to offer their own ideas, and encouraging discussion of those ideas. If the conversation is running dry, feed some of your own ideas in, or feed some of the ideas from my article.
Spend about half an hour sharing the ideas, then spend about 15 minutes agreeing on what the most important four ideas are.
The reason why I'm saying top four rather than the traditional top three is because I think we can all agree that 'information and reporting for residents' is going to be number one, so you get that one for free.
